Victoria moved to COVIDSafe Summer restrictions effective to metropolitan Melbourne from the 6th of December 2020.

Victorian State Government announced some updates to restrictions about the rules around face coverings and gatherings in private homes effective on the 31st of December 2020.

All Victorians are now required to wear a fitted face mask when in a public indoor spaces unless you have a lawful reason not to. Wearing a face mask is strongly recommended outdoors when you can’t keep 1.5 metres distance from other people. As such, masks are required at all inspections (opens or private), indoor auctions and in offices, unless an exemption has been granted. The maximum number of property attendees at an opens and auctions has not changed.

Visitors to our Office

  • Our offices are now OPEN with COVIDSafe planning. This requires attendance limits of 25 percent our team. Because we are subject to density quotients, some of our team are still operating remotely
  • Important: Visitors do count towards our maximum number
  • We can increase to 50 percent from 11 January 2021

Attendees at Commercial & Residential PropertyInspections for a potential lease or sale inspections are:

  • Inspections inside the property are limited to the density quotient of one person per two square metres
  • Attendees are required to give their name and contact details to the agent
  • Any attendees should minimise the touching of surfaces within the property
  • The agent will make hand sanitiser available at all inspections and require its use prior to entry into the property

If, through the inspection, there is an indication that a person is symptomatic, or should be self-isolating or under quarantine, our agent can end the inspection and ask the person to leave the premises.
