COVIDSafe Settings Updated


Our team continues working to the most up-to-date COVIDSafe regulations. 

These are the current Victorian State Government regulations as shared by the REIV.

  • Our Office's are open to the public with density limits of one person per two sqm (per worksite)
  • All staff may now return to work in the office
  • Office doors are open and walk-ins are now permitted
  • Face masks are no longer mandatory
  • We are still operating to a COVIDSafe Plan which includes mandatory attendance record keeping

Leasing and Selling Property Regulations

  • Open for inspections are permitted
  • Auctions may be held indoors or outdoors
  • Where a street auction is being conducted we will identify and mark the auction area to help apply the maximum density quotient limit of one person per two sqm 
  • Infants under one year of age are not included in the maximum density total
  • Maximum number of people permitted includes all individuals present i.e. owners, residents and agency staff
  • A-frames and flags are permitted
  • People can travel between Metro and Regional Victoria to attend auctions
  • Mandatory use of electronic record keeping is being implemented with compulsory full compliance by 23 April 2021

General Guidelines

  • Please ensure physical distancing and avoid interactions in enclosed spaces
  • Good hygiene practise is required
  • Support of mandatory record keeping and CovidSafe Plans is regulation
  • Face masks are no longer mandatory but face coverings are advisable when physical distancing cannot be maintained

When attending our offices or at an inspection, if there is an indication that a person is symptomatic, or should be self-isolating or under quarantine, our representative may end the inspection and ask the person to leave the premises.
