Covid Upate Light Box

COVIDSafe Settings Updated

It's good news for Melbourne and the real estate market as current restrictions are set to ease.

Our team will be working to the updated COVIDSafe Victorian State Government regulations effective from Thursday the 24th of June at 11.59pm.

These are the updated restrictions.

Face masks

  • Face masks are still required indoors, except at home or if an exemption applies.
  • Masks are not required outdoors but are recommended if a 1.5m physical distancing requirement cannot be maintained.

It is mandatory to check-in using the Service Victoria QR Code provided when attending our Offices, Open for Inspections or at Auctions.

Visitors to our Office

  • Our offices are OPEN with COVIDSafe planning and density quotients in place.
  • A limit of 75 percent of our staff will be in attendance, the remainder of our team will be available and working remotely.
  • Visitors are asked to minimise the touching of surfaces while visiting our offices.

Commercial & Residential Property, Inspections for a potential lease or sale

  • Auctions and Open for Inspections are now permitted without a patron cap and without a requirement for private appointments.
  • Where a Check-in Marshal is present, Inspections and Auctions are subject to the density quotient of 1 person per 2sqm otherwise the density quotient of 1 person per 4sqm applies.
  • Visitors are asked to avoid touching fixtures, fittings, handles and surfaces, when visiting a property.

If, when attending our offices or at the inspection, there is an indication that a person is symptomatic, or should be self-isolating or under quarantine, our representative can end the inspection and ask the person to leave the premises.

Our teams are working to the latest update and continue to offer our clients and customers the highest possible standards of service.

We look forward to supporting your real estate goals and will provide additional updates if needed.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if we can assist to further clarify our current business operations.
