COVIDSafe Settings Update

CovidSafe regulated settings have eased and our team are working to the latest requirements, effective from 11.59pm on the 27th of July.

Leasing and Selling Property Regulations 

  • Open for inspections are now permitted by private appointment only, with a maximum of 10 registered attendees and a density quotient of one person per four sqm
  • Prior registration is required, only individually registered attendees will be able to view our properties
  • Auctions can be held either indoors or outdoors, with a maximum of 100 attendees and a density quotient of one person per four sqm 
  • Face masks must be worn both indoors and outdoors for all attendees over the age of 12 yrs, unless an exemption applies
  • Where a street auction is being conducted we will identify and mark the auction area in order to apply the maximum density quotient limit of one person per four sqm 
  • Check-in using the Service Victoria QR code provided is required, this includes mandatory check-in at inspections and auctions or when attending our offices

Visitors to our Office

  • Our Office's are open to the public with required attendance limits and a density quotient of one person per four sqm
  • Face masks must be worn when indoors for all attendees over the age of 12yrs, unless an exemption applies
  • 25% of our staff are working from our offices with the remainder of our team working remotely
  • We are operating to a COVIDSafe Plan which includes density quotients and mandatory check-in using the Service Victoria QR code provided

General Guidelines

  • Face masks are now mandatory both indoors and outdoors for anyone over the age of 12 yrs, unless an exemption applies
  • Please practice physical distancing and avoid interactions in enclosed spaces
  • Infants under one year of age are not included in the maximum density totals
  • When attending our offices an inspection or auction, if there is an indication that a person is symptomatic, should be self-isolating or under quarantine, our representative may end the inspection and request the person to leave the premises
