Our service has two core offerings. Firstly, if you need a trusted recommendation – whether it’s for a gardener, cleaner, electrician, plumber or any other quality provider offering fair value – our Concierge team will connect you with one of our proven, reliable trade and service partners.
Secondly, if your property (commercial, residential investment, or primary residence) needs a small-to-medium, non-structural renovation, we can organise an in-person consultation followed by obligation-free quote tailored to your needs and budget.
In the past two years, we’ve proudly completed more than 100 projects, with budgets ranging from $8000 for smaller makeovers to over $100,000 for more substantial renovations, and an average cost of $26,400. From quick refreshes like paint, flooring and window dressings, to full home makeovers including kitchen and bathroom transformations.
On average, projects are completed within two and half weeks, with many smaller makeovers finished in under a week – always on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption.
We work exclusively with our trusted and experienced trades team on all Concierge-managed projects, ensuring consistent quality of works, brand standards, and a seamless client experience from start to finish.
