This August we celebrate three years of the Miles Concierge Service, and what an incredible journey it has been. From day one, our mission has been simple: to take the stress out of property ownership by delivering a seamless, end-to-end service with complete peace of mind. Over this time, we’ve had the privilege of helping clients unlock more value from their properties—whether preparing for sale, maximising rental returns, or creating a home they truly love.
Our service is built around two core offerings.
Firstly, we connect clients with trusted, proven trades and service providers—from gardeners and cleaners to electricians and plumbers—ensuring quality workmanship, fair pricing, and reliability every time.
Secondly, for properties requiring small-to-medium, non-structural renovations, we offer a tailored project management service. This includes an in-person consultation with our Project Manager, Fiona Feely, followed by an obligation-free quote aligned to your scope and budget.
Since inception, we’ve proudly delivered more than 130 projects, with budgets ranging from $8,000 for smaller updates to over $100,000 for larger-scale renovations. The average project sits at $26,400 and spans everything from cosmetic upgrades—such as painting, flooring, and window furnishings—to complete kitchen and bathroom transformations.
Most projects are completed within two and a half weeks, with many smaller makeovers finalised in under a week—always delivered on time, on budget, and with minimal disruption.
All Concierge-managed projects are carried out by our trusted network of experienced trades, ensuring consistent quality, strong attention to detail, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
