Our Halloween Colour + Win is back!
At Miles, Halloween is one of our favourite times of year and we're excited to bring back our popular Halloween Colour + Win competition. As part of our ongoing commitment to the community, we love creating opportunities for children to get involved, have fun and express their creativity.
How to enter:
Entering is easy. You can collect a colouring sheet from our Ivanhoe or Rosanna office, or download and print a copy online — then grab your pencils, crayons or textas and unleash your creativity for the chance to win some fantastic prizes.
Once your masterpiece is complete, return it to either Miles office by 5.00pm on Tuesday 27 October. Every entry delivered to our offices will receive chupa chups.
Winners announcement
Winners will be announced via the Miles website, Facebook and Instagram channels on Friday 30th October at 10am. Winners are invited to collect their prizes from the Miles Ivanhoe office any time between 2.00pm Friday 30 October and 5.00pm Friday 27 November.
Each year we're inspired by the artistic talent of local kids, with colourful halloween creations arriving from across the neighbourhoods.

Celebrating Halloween with the community
Our preparation for the Ivanhoe Spooktacular is well underway. We'd love to see you at our halloween stall at 143 Upper Heidelberg Road, where we'll be handing out chocolates and lollies to local trick-or-treaters and getting into the Halloween spirit with our favourite costumes.
Date and time: Friday 30 October 2026 | 2:00pm – 6:00pm
The Ivanhoe Spooktacular has become a much-loved community tradition, bringing neighbours together to celebrate what makes our community such a special place to live.

Colour + Win competition terms:

Competition winners announced - Friday 30th October at 10am. Winners will be announced via the Miles Real Estate website, Facebook and Instagram pages.
Competition prizes collection - Prizes will be available for collection from Friday 30th October at 2pm.
Prizes must be collected from Miles Real Estate Ivanhoe Office by 5pm Friday 27th November. Prizes will not be posted to prize winners.
Important notes - Complete the entrants details on the sheet, including the age of the child that has entered and a parent or guardian contact phone number. Only one entry per child can be submitted.
