As part of our professional gutter cleaning service, we:
- Clean all gutters and downpipes (to the first bend).
- Provide before and after photos so you can clearly see the results.
- Report any issues identified on your roof, with supporting photos or video.
- Carry out minor repairs to cracked or displaced tiles as a complimentary service.
- Offer tile replacement (where spare tiles are unavailable).
Additional repair work can also be quoted if required.

Home Electrical Safety Audit $270 incl gst – incl complimentary smoke alarm checks, will replace faulty and out-of-date smoke alarms for $55 at the time of the visit.
A standard electrical safety check will typically include:
- Testing all power points and switches.
- Checking the switchboard and safety switches (RCDs).
- Inspecting circuit breakers and fuses.
- Testing smoke alarms and their power supply.
- Checking earthing and bonding systems.
